Being successful in real estate was predetermined for Brett Aroneck long before this was ever written. Brett, being a third generation real estate broker, has prescribed values that have shape his professional life.

To say that he has an up bringing in real estate is an understatement: Brett's grandfather was a South Carolina developer, real estate broker, and business owner. His father is a South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida real estate broker and business owner. Even his aunt is a South Carolina and Georgia real estate broker and business owner as well as his uncle Robert, a developer and custom home builder in the coastal low country area of South Carolina.

To top off the family tradition of real estate that Brett shares with his relatives, this is a first and only career for him. This is important because a vast majority of people in the real estate industry have attempted careers elsewhere. This is not the case for Brett.

From the first day of working the business, he knew this was the only career path he was interested in.

Real estate is what he knows through not only family life, but also through real world experience. This experience is only part of what sets Brett apart from his colleagues. Honesty, integrity, work ethic, business acumen, and empathy are virtues that guide his daily and professional life. Since joining the family owned and operated real estate business, Brett has served on numerous professional committees within his Realtor Association- multiple year terms on the grievance committee and multiple years terms on the professional standards committee. In addition to serving the association's committee needs, some of Brett's professional accomplishments include receiving the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation; both of which are attained by only a small fraction of the 'professional' real estate community due to rigorous education and experience requirements.

To compound these educational and professional accomplishments, Brett also possesses more than a decade worth of resort and residential brokerage & property management experience. Through his years as not only a real estate broker but also as a resort, residential and multifamily unit property manager, he has developed a network of professional allies that enable him to process and facilitate all of his transactions with success and a level of professionalism that is unsurpassed.
